The Kaltenbacher Schihütte ('ski cabin") is located in the ski area, right by the "Neuhütten" lift at 1,800 m - a rustic cabin in the local Alpine style. In the 2 lounges, wood-fired ovens provide a cosy atmosphere. Let yourself be served by our team, without long queues and with much less hubbub.

The owner himself treats you to Zillertal specialities, such as Kasspatzln, Kaiserschmarren, or Speckknödeln, as well as classisc dishes. Available on pre-order: Gröstl, ribs, and knuckle of pork. After lunch, there's enough time for fun and music, and the customers are invited to participate.

 The Kaltenbacher Schihütte is a comfortable space to relax after lunch or at other times - also for aprés ski, since the downhill slope into the valley isn't far. After 16:00 we take our customes by our free "skidoo taxi" to the ski lift station.

Of course, the Kaltenbacher Schihütte offers you the opportunity to spend your holiday there. Marvellous - simply put on your skis in front of the cabin, and off you go on freshly prepared pistes. The rooms are simply and traditionally furnished with cots and bunk beds. The travel agency Klühspies handles winter accommodation and will gladly provide further information.
